This guy seems very uneducated. People don't change gender because they want to have sex with hetrosexuals. Perhaps sex is extremely important to the guy in the video (he doesn't look like the type that would have women queuing to get into bed with him). People change gender because of gender identity disorder.
There is a question whether someone who has changed genders then has an obligation to tell all their sexual partners that they were born the other gender. I think not. I don't want to sleep with anyone that has a criminal record, or that has ever had a STI. However, I have no right to know this personal information.
I don't think you should be saying you prefer either. Prodigee strikes me as a person that is really struggled with an obsessional behaviours. I think we should support him this but not give to what he wants - attention and to be noticed.
